Refund policy

Made to order by hand. Please allow 7-21 day lead time. Lead times can vary due to seasonal traffic and shipping delays.

Sizing for new clients- follow the nail sizing chart on the home page before ordering. 

Sizing for returning clients- previous orders and measurements are saved on file for future orders.

Custom sets are non-refundable after the first 24 hours of ordering.  All orders are hand painted and customized for each client so we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
